Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance, on August 03, 2026, has revised the central excise duty on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) by amending its previous Notification No. 08/2026-Central Excise dated March 26, 2026.

The following has been stated:

• Excise duty on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) has been revised to ₹22 per litre.

The revised rate came into effect on August 03, 2026, the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
